unshop has partnered with an overseas traditional wholesaler to develop an online wholesale management system and a customized mobile application for the retail end. This app, provided by retailers to consumers, helps wholesalers efficiently manage their retailer network using big data analysis and AI algorithms for sales and inventory forecasting, thus improving overall business efficiency and profitability.
Project Scope

Enterprise Management System: unshop
custom-developed a backend management system for the wholesaler, integrating core functions such as product and inventory management, order processing, and retailer management. This system seamlessly integrates with the existing ERP system, ensuring efficient data flow and automated management.

Retail Mobile App: we
developed a mobile retail app for the wholesaler’s retailers. This app allows retailers to easily browse products, place orders, and track inventory and sales dynamics, greatly enhancing operational flexibility and efficiency. For consumers, the app offers a convenient and easy shopping channel, optimizing the shopping experience.

APP Marketing and Promotion: Our marketing strategy includes
localized APP promotion activities on major online media and mainstream app markets. Through precise market positioning and creative promotion, we aim to enhance the APP’s brand awareness, attract more users' attention and downloads, thereby expanding market share and strengthening the user base.
